Oxford’s finest the Foals are to play the Fuji festival in Japan on August 1st. We have had the pleasure of arranging the visas for this visit. We’re sure they will rock the festival! You can also catch them at the Astro Hall in Japan on May 23rd.

Re-Production has recently worked with Transgressive Records, to arrange visas for Johnny Flynn to head to SXSW next week. If you’re over there, look out for him at Pure Volume House, Latitude 30, Red House Pizzeria and more. Also look out for Johnny on tour with Mumford & Sons in April.

As reported at the beginning of February, a new form for all nonimmigrant visa applications has been rolled out. This now applies to everyone applying for a nonimmigrant visa. The website has been experiencing serious technical difficulties which they are working on.

This week we arranged visas for Russia, the Middle East and China for a leading youth marketing group for a research trip.

Art Brut’s Eddie Argos will be back on the road for some dates in Europe with his new project Everybody was in the French Resistance…Now! You can catch them starting on February 17th in Brussels, taking in Paris, Berlin, Hamburg and Amsterdam, amongst others. We will be taking care of all his requirements for his trip to SXSW. Watch this space…!

Re-Production has been providing production for schools tours for artists such as Alex Roots (Goodgroove records) and Dionne Bromfield (Island records). We are currently working with Hudson PR and In4merz for a schools tour with new artist McLean.

Art Brut, a Re-Production regular client, released Art Brut vs Satan in 2009 and now Eddie Argos has a new project which will be touring the UK and Europe during February. We will of course be working with them once again.

From today, there is a new form for those applying for a work visa for the United States of America, which will affect most artists. Taken from the U.S. Embassy website:

The U.S. Embassy is to introduce the new web-based nonimmigrant visa application form DS-160. Applicants applying for petition based visas – H, L, O, P, Q or R – in person on or after February 1, 2010 will be required to complete the new form DS-160. For all other applicants, March 1 is the all important date.
