Got Soul Films Boiler Room x Barbican

Re-production were commissioned by Got Soul Films to design a lighting centrepiece for theboiler room x Barbican live stream.

The installation was designed to complement the brutalist architecture and autumnaltones of the Barbican centre. Using state of the art 3D renders we were able to present an accurate representation of what the stage would look like and savetime programming and discussing on the gig.

Straight edges with autumnal tones suited the interesting dark wood diffusers of Barbican theatre 1.

The install consisted of 24 astera pixel tubes suspended using low visibility steelwire. To maintain the intimate vibe normally used by Boiler Room we used onlythe astera as effects lights with the house rig providing soft light for thestage and audience.
